Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY At The Cut House, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps that cannot always be filled and result in a direct loss of income to our salon. We therefore require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. • Same-day cancellations and failure to attend will incur 100% of the booked service. • Deposits are non-refundable when the required notice is not provided. • Clients with repeated cancellations or missed appointments will be required to pay the full service price before making another booking. • Arriving late may result in your service being shortened, changed or cancelled. The full appointment fee may still apply. Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointment can be booked. We understand that genuine emergencies can occur; however, exceptions are entirely at the discretion of The Cut House. By making an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
